## Overview

Titan Lightning enables frequent BTC Earnings for mining effort to non-custodial wallets.

The key benefits of the Titan Lightning approach are:

* Instant Bitcoin — Miners receive their Bitcoin earnings approximately every 10 minutes without needing to reach a minimum balance before payout.
* Increased Control, Safety and Transparency — Miners receive rewards directly in their non-custodial wallets, through verifiable on-chain transactions. 
* Efficient Financial Management — “Bitcoin now” is more valuable than “Bitcoin later.”

### Use Cases

Where can you use Titan Lightning? 

* You can use Titan Lightning pool any place that you can direct a miner (ASIC) or purchased hashrate (eg: from Lumerin Marketplace). 

## Setup

### Create Your Lightning Address

* The first thing you’ll need is a <mark style="background-color:green;">Lightning Address</mark> to receive your instant mining payouts.
* If you don’t have it already, one of the most popular among beginners is [Wallet of Satoshi](https://www.walletofsatoshi.com/), but you can choose from many different options available.
* Once you get your wallet set up, you’ll have to find your Lightning Address. These look exactly like email addresses and you can often find them in the “Receive” section of your wallet.

# Bitcoin Miners / ASICS Configuration

Using Titan Lightning with Bitcoin Miners

If you would like to use the Titan Lightning pool for your ASICS or BitCoin Miners (fee free, no minimum balance and regular sat payouts)&#x20;

In your mining rig configuration screen (or management software like Foreman.mn) use the following information to direct hashrate to Titan Lightning:&#x20;

* **Pool URL**: `stratum+tcp://pplp.titan.io:4141`&#x20;
* **Account Name**: use your Lightning Address and Worker Name separated with `:`  eg: `drabunit75@walletofsatoshi.com:worker1`


# Lumerin Marketplace Configuration

Using Titan Lightning with Lumerin Marketplace

## 1. Setup your Lumerin Wallet and use the Lightning Address&#x20;

* <mark style="background-color:green;">Download and Install</mark> the [Lumerin Wallet](https://lumerin.io/wallet/) and access the Lumerin Hashpower Marketplace.
  * If you’re new to Lumerin, make sure to read the [Lumerin Wallet setup guide](https://lumerin.gitbook.io/lumerin-hashpower-marketplace/).
* After you've secured your wallet and mnemonic, you'll be asked to "<mark style="background-color:green;">Configure Default Pool</mark>" ... this is where you'll use the Titan Pool for Lightning Payouts and the new Lightning Address
  * This will direct all purchased hashrate to the Titan Pool and leverage Titan Lightning for payouts to your newly created Lightning Address&#x20;

## 2. Bridge LMR and ETH to Arbitrum

* Before being able to purchase hashrate in the Lumerin Marketplace, you'll need to bridge your Lumerin (LMR) and Ethereum (ETH) to the Arbitrum network&#x20;
* Review our [Gitbook](https://gitbook.lumerin.io/lumerin-hashpower-marketplace/buyer/3.-collect-test-tokens) or [Medium](https://lumerinprotocol.medium.com/lumerin-is-moving-to-arbitrum-heres-how-to-prepare-your-lmr-tokens-9d66d445106c) article for further detailed instructions

## 3. Purchase Hashpower Contract&#x20;

* Once in the [Marketplace](https://gitbook.lumerin.io/lumerin-hashpower-marketplace/buyer/4.-purchase-a-hashrate-contract), <mark style="background-color:green;">select the hashrate contract</mark> you want to acquire and click <mark style="background-color:green;">Purchase</mark>

* On the Purchase Hashpower screen, you should see that you will be forwarding your hashrate to the `pplp.titan.io:4141` address using your `Lightning Account` &#x20;
* Click <mark style="background-color:green;">Review Order</mark> or edit details as needed

* On the Review Purchase screen, click on the <mark style="background-color:green;">Confirm Purchase</mark> button to finalize and submit your purchase order to the blockchain

* Once the transaction is confirmed by the network’s nodes, you’re all set! You’ll start receiving instant payouts with every new block on the address you provided.
* You can review and monitor your payouts from the [Titan Lightning](https://lightning.titan.io) website

## Login

Once you have your Lightning Account created and are sending hashrate to the Titan Lightning pool either via direct Miner/ASIC configuration or purchased hashrate through the Lumerin Marketplace, you can monitor the performance of your account in the Titan Lightning environment

* <mark style="background-color:green;">Connect</mark> to [https://lightning.titan.io,](https://lightning.titan.io)&#x20;
* <mark style="background-color:green;">Fill-In</mark> your Lightning Address (which should be formatted like an email address)
* Click <mark style="background-color:green;">Enter</mark> to view your dashboard&#x20;

* You will see your Titan Lightning Dashboard where you can copy the Pool URL and Username and also download a CSV of your current payouts

* To logout and close the Dashboard, click the exit button next to your Lightning Address&#x20;
